LOADING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THOSE CURRENTLY ON 3.8.8 or 3.9.9

EXIT ALL WINDOWS APPLICATIONS PRIOR TO STARTING THESE INSTRUCTIONS
The update will automatically rebuild your table indexes prior to updating tables. This is done to avoid table update errors in an index is not date-synchronized with its table.
Your Login needs to have "administrative rights" in order for the update to load completely to the workstation.
Make sure that you have made a backup of your database.

The most important load is the Workstation (Executables) which run the program and create/modify your data base tables. Executables are now loaded to the server and workstations automatically update from the server as you logon. It is no longer necessary to load the workstation update on each workstation. Load it once to the server and then logon each workstation and you will be prompted to update that workstations executables.

The 2nd most important load is the Server, which has updated reports and new reports. This area may be skipped temporarily when in the pre-release stage, but not all reports will function correctly until this section is loaded. This must be loaded when a final release is issued.

The 3rd area that is optional is the Table Layouts. This is used to help you determine the tables/fields used in SLICE reports. If you are not creating any reports, you may skip this load but it is a helpful tool in report writing.

The 4th area is Documentation.
